About us
Maiko Ikeda
Licensed Educational Psychologist
With decades of experience as a school psychologist in San Diego County, Maiko is passionate about empowering children and their parents to reach their own goals — academic, social, and emotional. She enjoys providing guidance and care for children, and watching that growth unfold together with their parents.
Maiko has worked across public, charter, and private schools to support students from PreK through grade 12. She contracts with local districts as a Japanese-bilingual school psychologist and regularly performs bilingual assessments for students from Japanese-speaking backgrounds.
